Friday

The Cochem wine menu starts with a winegrower's sparkling wine as an aperitif, followed by a delicious four-course menu from the winegrower's kitchen. The dishes are accompanied by 4 different types of grapevine and table water. Discover with us the variety of grape varieties and Moselle cuisine.

Saturday

The wine experience tour starts at the winery near the hotel. After a welcome by the young winemaker, the path leads through the monastery grounds of the venerable Ebernach Monastery. During a tour of the "Cochemer Klostergarten" vineyard, wine lovers are introduced to the work of the winemaker in the vineyard. Of course a glass of wine in the vineyard is not to be missed.

After about 1 hour and a walk of about 3 km we arrive back at the winery. There we will visit the old vaulted cellar with the wooden barrels, the wine press station and the bottle storage and will be given expert explanations.

In the winegrower's house the participants can then look forward to an expert wine tasting (6 samples) and a hearty snack.

Discover how surprisingly varied dishes with good mustard can be. Completely reinterpreted and prepared by our chef you will get to know this old and healthy spice in a new way. You will appreciate and love it, because it gives our dishes that certain something. That's a promise!

Sunday

After the rich breakfast buffet you can arrange the day as you wish. Stroll through the smallest district town in Germany or visit the famous Reichsburg before continuing your journey
