Our motto
We want to be an inn and hotel for everyone: for vacationers from all over the world, locals from Cochem, workers, professors, business travelers, teachers, tradespeople, families, and retirees, and for everyone else we haven't mentioned here. Our strength is hospitality. We offer comfortable hotel rooms and a cozy relaxation area with a sauna and a small indoor pool. Star ratings aren't so important to us. We want to be judged on quality and warmth.

Wine and nature experience
Wine Experience: Six of Germany's 13 wine-growing regions are located in Rhineland-Palatinate. The Ahr, Palatinate, Middle Rhine, Nahe, Rheinhessen, and of course, Moselle-Saar-Ruwer all have their vineyards in Rhineland-Palatinate. This means the state is responsible for approximately 65% of Germany's wine production. You can explore the wine region on foot, either along the Moselle Heights Trail or through the vineyards in the Cochem holiday region, or for a thrill, on the Calmont via ferrata, Europe's steepest vineyard in the Cochem Krampen. Naturally, a wine tasting at one of the many wineries, wine taverns, or traditional wine bars is a must. Nature Experience: Enjoy an active nature experience with canoe trips, for example, from Ernst to Treis-Karden, or the day canoe tour from Ediger-Eller to Ernst. These 15-17 kilometers along one of the most beautiful stretches of the river offer a completely different perspective of the Moselle Valley. Wagon rides, Segway tours, hikes with winemakers, and picnics are also available in Cochem.

Events Calendar: Christmas Markets: The Cochem Christmas tent and the well-known castle Christmas market, as well as a number of other Christmas markets such as the wine Christmas market in Traben-Trarbach or the Christmas market in Bernkastel-Kues, are attractions during the cold season.
